On July5th. and July16th. I dealt with the most pompous, rude lawyer I have ever met.I was an RN all my life and would have been fired if I had treated my patient's in the manner that this lawyer used with my sister and I. I'm not giving a name out, but I'm sure there can only be one lawyer this rude in Wetaskiwin Sirrs LLP. His charges are also exorbitant compared to other lawyers in Wetaskiwin. Never returned my call I dont know how they stay in business if they dont need customers or answer phones.
Myles Cymbaluk updated the executor on my dad’s will. Quoted $250+gst, charged him $350 +gst. Passed him the bill without telling him why the increase When I said something he said it was a rush, which it was not - they said they could accommodate our request. Dismissive of questions, full of himself. I told him he was disagreeable and he said yes he was. We felt he took advantage of the trust relationship. Really upset both my 89 year old dad and myself. Terrible experience.
