We purchased 3 bikes from them and two of the chargers broke within 3 months of purchase. I have been trying to get new charges sent to me since August 22, 2023 and they are full of excuses. "We don't have any in stock, they come from China" - "we're busy handling requests from many customers, sorry for delayed response" - "We sent them out, I'm surprised you didn't receive them."
