We came on a Saturday around 5:30 - their hours say they're open until 7. When we get there, their doors are locked and there's a piece of paper that says 'we'll be right back'. We wait 15 minutes, then give them a call. After 5 rings, a gentleman picks up and says they're closed for the day. It's Saturday. Shouldn't it be prime time? What a waste of time.

When do you make the payment for the consigned ebike ? You said four times but still not pay until now ! ! ! The consignment agreement we both agreed shows you should pay after you sold the ebike, this is very fair for each other, but you didn’t,how can we trust you ? Our agreement is 90 days 3 months consign time, 4 ebikes are at your store for more than 8 months since April 2nd, but not any payment even you sold it. I don't know why. We had the best buying experience at Sir Jon Moto. Chris and his staff were amazing. They definitely went the extra mile assisting us purchasing two Velotric ebikes. We had shopped several other dealers before sir jon. They had all the answers, and great service. We highly recommended Sir Jon Moto. We drove an hour to get there.
