I called them to verify if an email that I received was a scam. After 25 minutes on the phone they still couldn't figure it out. I ended up telling them to take my phone number and email address out of the system so I will never be contacted from them again. What a waste of time! Stupid people working on the phones

Siriusxm - WHAT A SCAM ! ! I purchased my new Toyota Cross with Sirusxm providing three months of free music. When three months started to run out of time, I received an invitation to continue at $3.99 a month. When I called to renew, I asked the agent several questions which included: Do I have to begin another subscription? Does my vehicle continue to receive the music the same way?
