Siriusxm - WHAT A SCAM ! ! I purchased my new Toyota Cross with Sirusxm providing three months of free music. When three months started to run out of time, I received an invitation to continue at $3.99 a month. When I called to renew, I asked the agent several questions which included: Do I have to begin another subscription? Does my vehicle continue to receive the music the same way? Anyone saying their bill went up hasn’t made the effort to call Sirius xm and threaten to cancel unless they reverse the price. I signed up and they were telling me it was like $22 a month I said no I used to pay $12 and they said ok we can do $12. I bet if I said I used to pay $5 they would have said ok.

Don't give them any information and watch your credit report for their fraudulent activity. I never activated or created an account with them, but they stole my information when I bought a car and tried to set up an account in my name. File a police report against them if necessary. What they are doing is a crime.

Good luck on canceling your account. It's going to take you 45 minutes of chatting via IM with someone to get it cancelled.
