My husband and I have had nothing but positive things to say about Sirius Radio since he first became a truck driver in 2011. Over the years we have had several vehicle changes and have always received excellent customer service. When our contracts are about to end, I always save my radio discount offers and apply them at that time. We have saved a lot of money by doing that. Let’s try this so an offer came up for free earbuds with a new subscription yes it was a limited offer but nevertheless I got the Ned subscription before the offer expired so now fast forward we are in November now ask me if I receive the offer of the earbuds”with the subscription “ no I have NOT i have reached out to them concerning this matter and in return all I get is the run around or the famous I’ll reach out to my supervisor for they can give me the bullshit just to get off the phone with them and yes they still fail ... read more
The way they do business is like a scammer. i recieves the call, email and physical mail from them and I believe they got my information from the car that I purchase. . I want to remove my personal information on their database and it seems complicate to do it. I have to chat with the customer service and seems like they cannot delete my personal information. I will be extremely happy if this company file bankruptcy.
Horrible customer service. I can’t believe they can treat customers this way and still be in business. But do they even have competition?
