Terrible customer service. If I could give no stars I would. Never received my keys for my generator. They kept tell me someone was going to drop them off. I bought my generator two years ago. It has ran a total of eighteen hours. The Generac service guy brought to my attention that I have 29 hours on my generator. Evidently I was sold a used generator. Professional service and a wonderful attitude
Very good company. Anytime I have an issue the technicians have been able to take care of my problems and even if busy they are here as soon as they can make it. I would recommend anyone in the area going with a home generator to avoid the Generac and go with a Cummins from Sirius.
They came to change oil and made a.hole in radiator.made repairs then sent a bill to repair what they broke.i did not pay.
Great prompt install on my new 20kw Cummins. Great service.
