Clemente set us up with a Tern cargo ebike rental; my wife sat in the back seat. The shop was also close to the "Los Chamisos Urban Trail" which we used to ride to the RailYard. The ebike just flattened out the hills for us and it was a great experience.
Clemente is one heck of a guy. Best customer service I've ever had. I initially came in for repairs on a problematic e-bike and he was able to immediately spot deficiencies in the bike that were from the factory. Long story short he totally went above and beyond to help me sort it all out, when he could've just done perfunctory work and taken my money, like another shop in town did. I wish I'd gone to Sirius Cycles first! Best bike shop in Santa Fe.
Clemente is the guy to go to for all of your bike repairs. He was efficient and reasonable.
Clemente the shop owner couldn't be a Nicer person. Clemente is a breath of fresh air in this business. Fair shop prices, does the work correctly within a reasonable amount of time & so yes I highly recommend Sirius Cycles for any repair needs on your e-bike or traditional bike or if you need a completely brand new bike Clemente is the bike guy hands down.
Best customer service ever actually cares about people!
