what can i say that others haven't already said! clemente is an absolute professional. above and beyond customer service and highly knowledgeable. a great choice for anyone in need of a bike or bike services.
I’m only giving a 5-star review because there’s no option for a 6-star review. Clemente was extremely helpful with an amazing e-bike rental for me and my 2 1/2-year-old-son. We called him in advance to tell him our needs, and he rigged up a bike in the perfect size and with a great toddler seat on the back. All the gear was brand new or like new. Clemente set us up with a Tern cargo ebike rental; my wife sat in the back seat. The shop was also close to the "Los Chamisos Urban Trail" which we used to ride to the RailYard. The ebike just flattened out the hills for us and it was a great experience.
