I had a lot of back issues, and neck issues. Shana was absolutely amazing, and was very knowledgeable about red light therapy. I was skeptical at first, but in one session, I felt a world better. Reesa was awesome with helping me regarding some nutritional issues I have had. The whole vibe was really positive, and they really listened to me. Definitely recommend , and I will be going back again. I felt like they really cared about my health and my wellness, and helping me.

This was the first time I visited Shana and it was a wonderful experience. The location was easy to find and was very nice and relaxing. Shana made me feel welcome and we talked about what areas I needed her to focus on. The online booking was easy. She concentrated on the areas that I told her needed some extra attention and she did a great job with those. I felt much more relaxed after the massage and I will definitely go back here in the near future. Thank you Shana!
This place is awesome! Shana asked all the right questions to figure out what my body needed, and the massage was great. The price is also excellent. I loved the atmosphere and highly recommend!
Shana is amazing. I was quite nervous going into my appointment, but Shana made me comfortable and secure, and my massage was a wonderful experience. My back and my neck have not felt this good in years! I would recommend her to everyone I know!
