This is private land so you can't really stroll around the ground. Whist on a visit to Kirkleatham museum I seen this in the distance and decided to further proceed just to obtain photos of this beautifully building. If going there just remember it is private property. I stood outside the gates to take my pics 📸 and love them glad I seen this building today. I first learnt about this whilst in Kirkleatham museum.
Magnificent buildings not a hospital but almshouses
Known as William Turners hospital but also has sign at entrance for William Turners almshouses, but now it's sheltered accommodation, lovely grounds and well kept, couldn't enter as states on gates private for residents and guests only , such a shame, would loved to have taken some close up pictures, the ornate gates, the flower beds , the statues , all make this a wonderful place .
