Not impressed with your dodgy practices. I bought a decanter from Sir John’s gifts and without any communication, my order was cancelled and my money refunded. When questioned why my order was cancelled, I was notified that they are using a new company to manage their listings and there was an error that postage wasn’t charged. I advised I was happy to pay postage but they didn’t even offer me the opportunity. They are still advertising free postage online!!!
