Not impressed with your dodgy practices. I bought a decanter from Sir John’s gifts and without any communication, my order was cancelled and my money refunded. When questioned why my order was cancelled, I was notified that they are using a new company to manage their listings and there was an error that postage wasn’t charged. I advised I was happy to pay postage but they didn’t even offer me the opportunity. They are still advertising free postage online!!! Lovely shop, I went in twice this week and a very nice/smiley young girl gave me my order which was ready within a day after ordering online. I will be back! Some good prices too
