The woman who answered the phone had the worst energy and was extremely unfriendly and standoffish. I introduced myself and was met with a very cold “how may I help you” There is a certain level of curiosity and decorum and those standards when it comes to doing business with people. This is never the kind of approach that should be conducted. Nor the approach you want to be welcomed into when doing a transaction especially a loan.
I’ve been doing business with them for 7 years they are excellent.
Love this place would highly recommend!!!
