This is the first time I've visit where the manager wasn't present. The new employee was rude. The system was down. Couldn't redeem my points, couldn't use credit, couldn't get points. Why be open? Then wouldn't let me use my husband military ID for the discount. When he was with me. I didnt go through drive thru (military plates) because I just took my car through car wash.
