We visited Sip & Scoop in Cornwall today. There were only two staff members, and we placed our order using the kiosk. We waited for quite a while, assuming our order was still being prepared. Eventually, we realized it had already been made and was sitting on the counter the whole time. During that time, the two staff members were talking to each other and never called out that our order was ready. A simple announcement would have saved us from waiting unnecessarily. Bubble tea is amazing here! The service seems to be really really slow though. Took around 30 minutes to make my drink and it was literally just an Okinawa milk tea with tapioca. Delicious though!!!

I have been in the last month with my daughter . She loves bubbly tea . The last one I had was Matcha milk tea with less ice. I loved it and the quality was like other iced matcha . The service was great I’m updating all my reviews I can think of and I love matcha so this was a treat .
