I use to love this place my go to fo for bud theve been out of ruggard roots peanut butter breath and a few others. I was wondering the price of a puffco plus. She assured me I would be happy with the product. She showed me an all metal slick smooth high quility puffco thing. well guess what the product was night and day the quility of the one they sold me 85. I had a really disappointing experience here. The staff member who helped me was passive and dismissive from the moment I walked in. Instead of providing basic customer service, he acted like he didn’t want to assist me at all. When I asked politely for my medical card to be handed back to me, he refused and placed it far away on the counter, which felt disrespectful and unnecessary.
