I am so grateful to Sinnamon Village Aged Care, particularly the staff at Kentish Court, who cared for my father during his illness and final days. So many amazing staff - including Teather, Vivienne, Robyn and so many others. Thank-you for your skilled care and comfort for dad.
It should be called “Death Village”. Really disappointed. Witnessed toilet floor covered in wee and patient sleeping in room with smell of wee. Patient only would drink orange juice, but they had apple juice in cup. He could not teach cup where they put it. They always forgot to record meals and fluid intake. When patient past away he was severely dehydrated and malnourished. When he would not wake up from sleep but still alive an ambulance was called. My father-in-lawn is in Nash court and he is being cared for well. He struggles with the accents of some staff members due to hearing difficulties but has settled in well. I had a few concerns and spoke with management and they were addressed instantly. My mother now needs to be placed in a nursing home and I wouldn’t want her anywhere else. Thank you to all the management and staff that make a difference to the life of our loved ones.
