I cannot recommend Singleton Marine enough. From the first day I walked through the door every team member treated me with the utmost respect and didn't push me to make any decision. As soon as the deal was signed Elliott Callison stayed in constant communication walking me through closing the deal and making sure I got the best possible rate and warranties. This review is directly meant for Justin Holtzclaw. and Michael Watson. I cannot express how grateful I am to have a company that takes care of my boat and myself so professionally. I am new to the boating scene. They have made it very easy and comfortable to continue enjoying my Sea Ray. So many people have told me it's a nightmare to have someone work on your boat, but working with them has been nothing but a dream.
I'm 1,800 miles from Singleton Marine. Working with Jackson Szalkowski, I purchaes a 2021 Regal LS6 site unseen. Jackson was a true pro and made certain all went smoothly. He was on top of everything, was easy to communicate with and offered extra services at no additional charge. Great experience!
I can’t say enough good things about Singleton Marine, but the real standout of our experience was SABRINA. From the very beginning she has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely passionate about what she does! Buying a boat can sometimes feel complicated, but Sabrina made the entire process enjoyable and seamless. She went above and beyond at every step. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. Bought 2 boats from Singleton and have used them for all maintenance and repair services. I could not be more disappointed in them and will be taking my money elsewhere. Today, they sent me an invoice for services that were supposed to be completed, but both list items have never worked. I have previously paid all invoices upon completion of the service and verification of the work.
