This hospital is a JOKE!!! The staff does not care about anyone! They are more concerned with one another and what is going on with themselves! When we went it was close to Christmas and it was more important for them to discuss dirty secret Santa with each other! My husband was in DKA with super flu ,could barely walk, and was throwing up. They did NOTHING to help him! We sat in ER dept. for 8 hours never seeing a doctor or going to room! Finally left to seek help elsewhere and he was immediately taken to ICU! Don't recommend these people haven't even checked my wristband to make sure they are treating the right patient triage was a joke didn't even ask about my allergies I may as well have gone to Providence in mobile to get this type of treatment
Jan 21, 2026 I had an axon is device implanted by Dr Moore the day started out terrible I was told to be at hospital at 5:30 I was first but around 7:30 Dr Moore called and told the hospital he wanted to do his hysterectomy first so I was bumped and sat in holding 4 hours I told him I wasn’t happy he said due to my illness I had to go last cause they had to do extra cleaning but that was a lie I worked in surgery 20 years and osha guidelines for cleaning is standard and talked to employee in management confirmed he just want... read more
This is the most unprofessional hospital I have ever been to in my life. There has been many instances that they should be totally ashamed of the care that they provide. I have experienced first hand four times this hospitals license should be revoked. First, my son went to emergency room and was admitted feeling like he was going to die. The doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong with him even after performing a spinal tap. There was blood in a sterile environment. I wouldnt even give this place a 1 star. This place is a joke. A literal DEATH TRAP! My friend has been in there since Thursday 1/15, was put in ICU Friday 1/16, and has yet to get any answers. She is only 29. Her heartrate has been in the 30s and BP low. Doctors are saying her labs are coming back "Normal", and just pumping her full of fluids. According to scans, they found a mass on her gallbladder, which they plan on removing at a later date, and a spot on her lungs to where she may need a transplant. How is all that norm... read more
