The overnight ER is a joke, very understaffed or something. No sense of urgency when people come in who need to be seen immediately. I’m now more than likely going to lose my baby because I was ignored, and it was only after I left and came back because the problem had escalated AND then was told that I needed to call the doctor MYSELF to get me on back so I HAD TO MAKE A CALL TO LABOR AND DELIVERY MYSELF to be able to be seen immediately when I was in an EMERGENCY SITUATION. Staff were kind and wonderful. Food was great as well
My 5 year old son got a fishing hook stuck in his head during our drive back to Texas. We had to call EMS and they brought us to this hospital. Everyone we interacted with was so professional, sweet and so funny. Thank y’all so much for making the situation less scary for my son. Thank yall for getting the hook out. His pain level was at a zero right after.
