The loan officer was extremely rude to me both times I went in to speak to her. The first time I went to her I was inquiring about selling the vehicle I had through them and asking what I would need to do in order to get into another. She was rude and made me feel very uncomfortable so I switched to the mosspoint branch and ended up going through another loan officer who helped me tremendously!!
