Not punctual with appointment times. I showed up 15 minutes ahead of my meeting waited 20 minutes after my meeting was scheduled and not a single apology or explanation. They also didn't have the door shut on the appointment they double booked so I could hear plane as day his business details. All around extremely unprofessional.
