WARNING - this company quoted my elderly parents one price, then worked at an extremely slow pace, then charged significantly more than the agreed price. They held my elderly parent's furniture hostage after midnight until they paid the inflated price.
DO NOT USE THESE PRICKS! They are the biggest liars, cheats, unprofessionals and money hungry grubs. They dont know what they are doing. Leave scratches on the floor, on the furniture, rushed job. And at the end ask for a call out fee. It was never agreed at the beginning of the job.
I don't recommend this company. It was our first time in Australia to shift our house hold. I booked Singh movers for shifting. One of their staff Garry started saying you have lot of things. We need third person also, I said ok. But third person came and he didn't do anything. They are very slow to increase the hours. They took 13 hrs to shift my house hold. very bad communication. told us he'd be sending big truck and sent a very small truck. had to drive back and forth many times to move all our furniture. very slow and lazy workers. had to help load and unload the furniture. very tough for us. damaged our very expensive, hard earned furniture too. not happy very unprofessional!!
