TERRIBLE SERVICE. I went to Karmann for help on some W2s back in Mid-February, he assured me everything I needed would be taken care of in a timely manner. I provided him with all the required information, he explained the process very thoroughly and provided me with answers to all of my questions. Turns out, Karmann did NOTHING to help. He did NOT help me with my W2s, once I found this out, I tried to communicate with Karmann. Rather than own up to his lack of work he proceed to dodge ALL of my calls and texts.
