sSinger has always been helpful when planning flights, and trips for us. We just experienced an emergency--snow this last weekend in PA (we were in Puerto Rico/off a cruise) and helped us find flights home and extra hotels.
Tried to give them business because my family has worked with them before. When they gave me the price I asked them if they could price match what I'm finding online or do better, and they said that if I can find it cheaper online, then I should do that. So that's exactly what I did. I saved over $100 for myself and my friend by going to Expedia to book our flights and rental car. Thank you for the advice of not using you guys!
