So we purchased a complete kitchen line at the Spanish Pavillion. I don't know if Garland is to blame or the lack of interest from Singer Equipment to make sure we are satisfied, but we are completely unsatisfied with the whole experience. The lack of communication during such a big investment for us, to the quality of the product we purchased, an all American Garland Line, over 50k. I would not recommend anyone else to purchase Garland products nor use Singer to purchase anything. unless you have money to burn.

There Customer service is awful. We made a large investment in purchasing a whole new Kitchen line from them and since day 1 we've had issues. Singer just passes those issues along and asks for a credit card to send someone to address the issues. Not sure what happened to this company. I thought we were paying a little extra to get a little extra in service, not true. If you are thinking of buying equipment, keep shopping is all I can say.
