I grew up in upstate New York enjoying this sausage for many many many years. We moved to North Carolina 23 years and twice a year I still make a trek up to see the guys and bring a large package back. Usually 30 to 40 lbs or whatever room in my suitcase Whether I’m dealing with John or Mike, the family is always outstanding and I can’t imagine as an Italian, ever eating sauce, without this amazing sausage!!!
