They’re good people, helpful and patient. I just didn’t appreciate that they wouldn’t honor a request for a refund a few hours after my purchase. No alterations were made, the lehenga is even still at the store. They just said no. So be careful and think twice before you buy. I don’t think I’ve seen another clothing store in the US that doesn’t honor a refund request. That’s very odd.
