We had an appointment today with Kara to find a wedding guest dress for my grandma—all of the girls were wonderful, well-informed, and so so sweet. We found the perfect dress for our event, and I would absolutely recommend shopping here! Wonderful and fun experience.

I had a great experience today at this shop. In and out in 90 minutes with a dress I love. My stylist, Joliene, was amazing. I told her a thing or two about what I knew I didn't like, and she pulled a number of dresses that I would honestly have never chosen if it had been me taking things off the rack! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming, kind, and genuinely caring. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I felt comfortable the entire time. You can tell they truly love what they do and care about their customers. It’s rare to find such friendly and attentive service these days—Simple Susan definitely sets the standard! Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and even better people.
A review from the husband: my wife went to Sincerely Susan today to look for her dress for our son’s wedding. After her stressing for the last couple months about color/style etc… within the 90mins she spent with an incredible consultant, Kara, my wife was so happy with her purchase of the most amazing and beautiful dress (which I won’t see until the wedding).
