My initial thought when my mother and I walked was "this is a bottom bargain basement sale", but then learned the more casual dresses were up front. We were then taken to the back where they wanted to know what my mother was looking for. Sizes were more limited that I was expecting, but my mother was looking for a specific type of dress, so maybe that was why. I cannot rave about Sincerely Susan enough! I brought my mom, future mother in law, all of my grandmas, and my fiancés grandmas.. so I think it is obvious that I adore them! We had different stylists each time and they each had their own style and matched their energy to their client. How it works is that the stylist you will work with brings you to the back where all of the dresses are held and the dressing rooms are. This was the worst experience ever! This place raves about having SO many dresses in all sizes, that was not the case. We were shopping for my mom’s dress for my wedding. Her stylist kept bringing in too small of dresses that couldn’t even zip up or go over her body, knowing that this store doesn’t order dresses, they’re all only in store. Our only ask was no sleeves and no blue and that’s all that was given to us. My mom was in TEARS in the fitting room after the 3rd dress not fitting she was ready to leave. My mom and I had a great time shopping for a dress for her for my wedding! They were so helpful, efficient, and friendly! I can’t recommend Sincerly Susan enough! A great place with many options for mother of the bride/groom dresses!
