Excellent quality and excellent customer service! I tried other brands when Sincerely Nuts raw pumpkin seeds in the shell were not available and they were not as good as the Sincerely Nuts brand. After a mix-up with my order, Sincerely Nuts customer support responded promptly and continued to follow up until my order was complete.
I've ordered sunflower seeds and pepitas several times and been very happy with the quality and delivery time. Thought I'd treat myself to the dark chocolate bridge mix. There is absolutely no mention of anything other than chocolate covered nuts on the website. Well, a substantial portion of the 5 lb. bag is chocolate covered chewy somethings - I've no idea what they are but definitely NOT nuts! I could've ordered this from a number of sources at a lower price. FALSE ADVERTISING!
