Awesome local shop. They sincerely care about the local cycling community and have earned my business forever.
Just a helpful, chill spot
Brought some new to us (but used) bikes to Bailey that needed some overall tune up work & to make sure they were safe for the kids to ride. Turn around time was super fast and he didn’t charge much. I would have paid whatever not knowing much about bikes (& repair prices) but he’s so trustworthy and kind. I wouldn’t take our bikes anywhere else.
Bailey runs a great business. His quality of work is excellent as is his communication. He is honest and straightforward. My experience with Sincere Cycles exceeded my expectations for sure!
Called Bailey midday on a Friday with a broken gear cable. Dropped it off an hour before closing, it was finished an hour after opening the next day! He had every opportunity to charge me $$$ on unnecessary tune ups/ upgrades etc, but just fixed what was needed, charged me a fair price well below anything I’ve paid previously at other shops, and was super friendly during the whole process.
