Called Bailey midday on a Friday with a broken gear cable. Dropped it off an hour before closing, it was finished an hour after opening the next day! He had every opportunity to charge me $$$ on unnecessary tune ups/ upgrades etc, but just fixed what was needed, charged me a fair price well below anything I’ve paid previously at other shops, and was super friendly during the whole process. I love love love this shop. Bailey is a pro mechanic and super friendly and chill. No pretentious vibes here. Just genuine bike passion and friendlyness. I am very picky about my bike shops and will absolutely be making this my standard. Gold stars all around. Happy shredding!
