If someone spends money in your outlet and you put table & chairs for customers to sit it’s 11pm at night my mother & I walked to the store to sit down have some snacks and coffee and your aircond is off it’s so hot as you walk in you have two ceiling airconds you telling a large franchise chain store like this can’t leave one on running for customers?? Bruh even bila bila mart has their aircond running almost throughout the day and it’s cooling this is embarrassing even for 7e franchises

Costumer service so rude🤬,kalau tak niat bekerja jgn bekerja berdepan dgn costumer,,mulut sngat biadap..!!!perlukah cakap "beli ni je ke" this is too much..!!🤬🤬 please 7E buang pekerja yg kerja hari ni..!! Tak patut pekerja mcm ni di hadapan..🤬🤬

I recently went to the 7 Eleven outlet of Damansara Perdana to drop off the delivery parcel, 20 October 2025 around 5.25pm.. Because from the Carousell apps show that this outlet also have delivery parcel drop off service for Poslaju. When I went there, the staff who worked during that shift talked so rude and mean to me and not helpful at all. He doesn't want to receive the parcel. Dah tahu lokasi ni ramai pelanggan, tambah la staf sikit. Ni satu orang kena jadi cashier, buat air, kira barang semua sekali! Bukan salah pekerja kesian dia, salah owner 7E ni. Common sense la sikit!
