My mother who is a stroke patient called to see where transport was after waiting for some time, her left leg was feeling numb. As she asked for ETA and expressed she was in pain, the agent spoke over here saying " still within the hour " she said this 2 or 3 times to talk over my mother while she was speaking. We know we have to wait but the this particular agent was extremely rude and just didn't seem to care.
I had a very positive experience with the ambulance service when they came to help my mom. They arrived right on time, which immediately gave us a sense of reassurance during a stressful situation. The staff were extremely kind, patient, and soft-spoken, making it much easier for us to stay calm. They listened carefully to everything we said and handled the situation with professionalism and compassion. Absolutely unacceptable service and borderline elderly abuse with how they treated my parents on both legs of their transportation to and from the Hospital. Furthermore the drivers extorted a tip from my them in order to complete the door to door service that was guaranteed when we booked this service. I will be reporting this operation to the BBB and 311.
If I can give half a star I will. On March 7th nobody picked up our patient for dialysis. Sinai I was assigned to him. We tried calling them but it just kept saying the wait time was 20 minutes. I had to ask help from MAS. When I was on the phone with MAS and we couldn't get anybody on the phone with Sinai either. Our patient had to take an Uber from Queens to the Bronx. He waited 3.5 hours for nothing. He ended up spending about $80 for Uber. Very disappointing.
The best service provider, loved! Highly recommend! Thank you guys
