I was fortunate to be referred to Avi Sinai, Esq. for a difficult eviction matter. My property management company and the firm they originally hired mishandled the case, but once Avi took over he moved quickly to have the court reassign the eviction to him and promptly filed the necessary responses to the tenant’s filings.
