Everyone at Sin Cal Chimney's was professional, courteous, and responsive. We will have them perform maintenance work going forward. Our first experience with Sin Cal was having them inspect our chimney, and give us an estimate on a complete wood stove installation. They were prompt, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process/project. Next, we hired them to install our wood stove which was purchased at their store in Hillsboro. We have to find another chimney repair company now, after paying thousands for repairs. The lead tech is horrible and has no customer service skills. The entire office is so disorganized that they blame the customer for scheduling issues. I would also like to note that they do not appear to be accredited with the BBB. Be careful! This is a fast growing small family business! They recently purchased a new building and are doing a great job of setting it up as a home base and showcase to show the products that they sell.
First time I ever posted a negative rating on social media. I would never use sin cal chimney. We hired them to clean our chimney and replace one brick in wood stove. They left charging us for cleaning cleaning and telling us he broke a baffle while trying to replace the brick but the office would give us an estimate for fixing it. He stated the wood stove was not safe to use because he broke the baffle. Despite our multiple calls, emails and apologies from Sin Cal Chimney we never received a quote.
