The parking is terrible, the people that work in the bank are rude and uncooperative, the ATM machine is out of order half the time. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, BANK SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I have banked with Simsbury Bank and Trust for many years and have never had a problem - except when they were with holding my pay check but they corrected that problem. I have always found the workers to be nice and willing to help. I have no idea why the person below me wrote what he or she did but have never experienced problems with the ATM.
