Absolutely would NOT use Sims Tax Office again, and cannot recommend them. Our new tax accountant found MAJOR mistakes on previous years’ returns done by Sims, including their listing of our depreciating assets and rental property as being in Iowa (we’ve never lived in Iowa, never had property there, and have never stored or claimed property in Iowa). The little service we did receive from Simms was impersonal, and nearly got us fined $3,000 by the IRS.
