I would highly recommend Sims when buying furniture. Very good quality. The store doesn't feel like a Warehouse, and the staff don't rush at you. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff was very helpful. We love our new furniture. Thank you.
Great local business with amazing selection. It took us 3-4 stops to go through all choices and then ended up with a great couch delivered to us! While some options are pricey, it was nice to see so many Canadian made furniture available!
I can't believe that this place isn't busier. Such amazing furniture and the way they display all of their beautiful Canadian made furniture is beyond what I could have imagined. Huge store, their staff are respectful and not pushy. They let you explore and enjoy the experience. If you have any questions, they answer with expert knowledge. They have a section that is deeply discounted, another treasure within a treasure. Don't waste your time shopping elsewhere!
They need to hire someone who knows how to do there job in the financial department. She was slow and had trouble with do the financial part of the sale and she has been their for years. Get your act together.
The staff made this place amazing, and customer service was attentive but not overbearing. They stayed in the background without being pushy. Whenever I had a question, they were knowledgeable and helpful. Sims is a gem that needs to be visited. Their showroom is beautiful and expansive. I was blown away at the quality and quantity of Sims. Visit and be impressed, you will find your furniture at Sims.
