I've been purchasing furniture from Sims for years. Multiple couches, refrigerators, ECT. Recently, I went in to purchase a new couch. I was fully prepared to be told nothing would be in stock because let's be honest it's 2025. I was pleasantly surprised to be told that everything on the showroom floor was in fact, in stock. They have always worked with us! They have treated us so well. I will shop there first for my home items. Second review I will say it again they are amazing and more than willing to help us find what we needed for the best price! Jenny was such a great help. I have never had any issues with them

My sister purchased me a lift chair from this place. It is fake leather, haven't had it a year and the upholstery just started cracking and coming off in big patches. She had called the store because she purchased insurance and found out it does not cover upholstery. This chair was very expensive and I am ashamed to have it in my house. Now we use to shop at a furniture store that the insurance covered all the way to cat scratched. I will never shop here again. They had her send photos and ahe heard nothing back from them.
