first time at this store, I like how clean and all the different furniture was there. the customer service was excellent. went out of their way to help you. Aaron was especially helpful. I would recommend to my friends to go there.
Steve is an amazing salesperson . We wouldn't go anywhere else or deal with anyone other than him. My husband is too sick to come to store so Steve is coming to us. We got livingroom furniture from him an now a washer an dryer an stove. Best costumer service around!

What a fantastic store! We bought a complete living room set, and an extra love seat for the living room last fall... Fine quality merchandise! Everyone I have dealt with, have been awesome! From the point I walked into the store, to the delivery gentleman! They have called me twice, because we have had an increase to our credit limit! I can't wait to go add more! It really helped build back up our credit... I would recommend Freedom Furniture to anyone! Great Job everyone!!!!!
I bought a leather couch from them. It had a slight blemish that you couldn't see and I got a good deal on it. The did the paper work and set up a delivery time. The two delivery guys tried to get the couch into the basement but the door came into the stairwell at the wrong angle. They tried every way possible and then took it upstairs. They arranged it for me and did so without a complaint. I would definitely do business with them and tell others about them. we've had an account with freedom furniture for about a year. It has been nothing but a great experience. We have a flat screen, a huge oversized recliner(the cuddler) and a queen size mattress. We love them all! The staff has always been professional and helpful and are easy to work with. I'm so glad they gave us an opportunity to restore our credit
