never had a problem here before. But today I don't know if the unloader was just woke up on the wrong side of the bed or mad that I secured my load of totes with 7 straps but he rehung the about 6.5 feet off the ground. this photo is me on my toes..I could barely reach the strap.. this type of action should not be tolerated
