Dr. Sims and his dental assistants are wonderful. The front office staff and accounting staff, however, caused us to leave the office. Not only are they rude, their accounting staff consistently overcharged us causing us hours of headache when trying to figure out our bill. We loved Dr. Sims and were very sad to leave his practice, and would gladly return if there is a change in his office staff.

Dr. Sims is a consummate professional, with an easygoing, affable manner with patients and staff alike. He makes his points about your dental health effectively, but without the guilt-inducing tut-tutting I've encountered with other dentists. A real class act.
