Women's programs available. Boxercise for Postpartum. We also do Mentoring and Weight Counseling. Accreditation: Ace Certified. Won 3 Team Titles -3 times Running! 2 Boxers recieved Golden Gloves in Novice and Advanced! 2 boxers made it to 2nd Chance Olympic Qualifier! Sgt. Lavell Sims started his boxing career in the Army from 1992-2000.

If you want to learn the sweet science, this is a pretty good place to come. You will learn how to box if you want to be a professional or just want to know how to protect yourself. Come on in and give them a try.
It has been and continues to be a place of integrity, a place for training for anyone in the family. I workout there and it's inspiring/and helps me to better health goals which affects not only the body but also mental discipline. A great, positive activity for children and affordable. Thank you!!!
