Leaving this up in memoriam to proper model shops which seem to be going extinct. This is a proper model store. It is not a place to come for scrapbooking stuff or sewing materials. It is more about model cars, boats and planes. It has a wide range of other supplies, knowledgeable people working there and is just very pleasant to browse. There are also a couple of mad cats that hurtle around the place, livening things up.

Met the owner. A very nice gentleman with a 96 yrs old wow to see what a century looks like. I wonder if he's a ww2 vet? He's old enough to be a member of the greatest generation when the call for patriots was given the nation rallied to defeat an enemy threatening to take over the known world.
