Worst tax prep experience ever. Found unreported income and googled for a local tax service to do an amended return. Retired military so picked Deana thinking she would be the best choice. I was wrong. She was certainly not the cheapest but I was led to believe she would stand by her work and ensure what she prepared would be accepted and processed by the IRS. The best tax experience I’ve ever had. Deana is EXTREMELY helpful and broke everything down so we understood everything and was so thorough on getting our refunds. I love the “extras” because as the year goes on we can add stuff to our portal so it doesn’t get lost. She is absolutely amazing, we’re lifers!:)
