Great and friendly service
You know when you're having the kind of week where you struggle to put two brain cells together? That was me, and it clearly showed when I went to have some documents notarized with Peter at the Abbotsford office. He was gracious and helpful, and even after I left and realized I made a mistake, they had me come back the next morning and make an amendment no problem.
We found the knowledge of our notary to be lacking and overall unprofessional. We asked for a clause to be entered that lawyers had encouraged previously that the notary refused to document and didn't include the request in his notes basically making the will pointless. Will have to pay additional funds to hsve this addendum added elsewhere. Several times throughout the meeting I attended with my grandmother, the notary refered to her as my mother and refused to change his vocabulary despite being prompted 3x in less than 15... read more
