The two stars are for the complimentary coffee. I still can't believe that this is where the VA sent me for therapy. (I guess the VA does go with the absolute lowest bid). I won't ever give names of the therapist because I'm not trying to hurt someone's career but my therapist was probably still taking night classes and not yet certified to give therapy). Jesus Christ this place is a joke. I made a review a while back talking about my amazing experience that I had with my previous psychiatrist at Simply Thrive. The second I stopped seeing her everything went to crap. They had one psychiatrist that I could see if I wanted to remain with them, and he was a man. Cool. Starting off strong (not). DO NOT GO HERE. I had two emergencies come up and cancelled through their phone line. I was still charged a cancellation fee of $50, which I bit the bullet and paid anyways as I realize the headache cancelling appointments causes. Two weeks later I was charged $150 for those appointments AGAIN. When I asked what the logic behind being charged twice for cancellation was, their front office was incredibly rude and wouldn’t answer my question; just reiterating that I needed to pay the $150.
