We moved our business mobiles and broadband over to Simply Telecom a few months ago and it’s been a really smooth experience. The team were easy to get hold of, explained everything clearly, and helped us choose the right plans without all the usual sales pressure. So unhappy with the service. I had may emails and calls with the company when i took on the contract, that was good but then when i had a problem i had to keep on calling and emailing to get through. Awful service.
