If I could leave zero stars, I would! He has scammed my friend and many others out of their refunds. Do not recommend, don’t go here.
If somebody recommend yall to him run and don’t look back! He’s a scam and will take majority of your tax refund I barely got a fraction of my money. There’s no way a tax preparer should charge $1000+ to do taxes and didn’t even tell me upfront before he even started. BTW this man isn’t even BBB accredited.
He did my 2023 taxes. Was supposed to get 8600$, but got 8200$ back and sent 5 ppl for the 500$, never got that. Few months later I read my paperwork and the total I seen was 10500$ said my fees were like 500$, but no, math ain't mathing. Over 1800$ taken from a hard working single father. I did call to try to get rectified when i noticed it a few weeks after, but nvr answered or responded to my messages. I just wont go back. I again have tried to support our businesses, to no avail. Decided to file on my own this year! I have missed out on at least $1000+ from 2019-2023 NEVER AGAIN. I continued to receive the same amount back every year. Read the paperwork before signing any documents to see what is actually being charged, won't get me EVER again!
Simply taxes done my taxes many many times never had an issue, always taken care of since the first year it was open. Simply taxes has way too many clients to be cheesing people on returns. I guess you can’t make everyone happy. I never had a bad experience.
