I had a sound bath session with Liana, it was my first time and she quickly put my apprehension at ease. She was very knowledgeable and caring. The sound bath was nothing like I’d ever experienced or expected. While playing the crystal bowls I could feel tingling in the problem areas in my body (lower back and right ankle) followed by a peaceful state when the session finished. I will return and highly recommend for anyone experiencing health issues or stress/anxiety.
An amazing experience and I highly recommend the sound bath. It was extremely refreshing and a soothing experience to my soul.
