After 3-4 years of living here the only reason kept renewing our lease was because of the location. However, car’s being broken into is very common. Our car got broken into and we asked for footage from the “cameras” they have.. they denied us the help and a hispanic man that works in maintenance weeks later told my mom that it was because the cameras don’t work, which makes a lot of sense as to why no one ever receives the footages from these breaks in. This is a long overdue message of gratitude for Rashawn. He was truly an amazing help, and a testament to the helpfulness of the maintenance staff, and speaks to the level of community that humanity has to offer. During the snowy season as he saw me back breakingly struggling to clear the snow from my parking spot he lent a helping hand which made life that much easier. He was very professional and thoughtful. Hope nothing but the best for him and that the apartment complex gifts him accordingly.
Cedar Creek Apt. Review Run…. (The music plays). But seriously: RUN. Run like H-E-Double Hockey sticks. ROACHES. Everywhere. Trash. Everywhere. Loud music, EVERYWHERE. Help, Nowhere. Ticketing system means little. I’ve submitted about 4 tickets spanning across multiple months about the treadmill in the gym and how it will stop right under your feet and make you fall. Let me tell you all a crazy story about this place. I liked living here, I miss it at times. There was a lady below me who had/has hallucinations. And multiple times she claimed I was a demon with water seeping into her apartment to kill her. The apartment, god bless them, tried to placate her. It just became too much for me. Good otherwise!
