Sometimes I feel compelled to write a review. Most of time it for some small thing like good service or even a good attitude. My experience with Dana Lee at Simply Returns was fantastic. Her professionalism accented by her knowledge of the tax jungle made the entire experience completely positive. She explained the nuances of my taxes and used my previous tax receipts to add context to the conversation. When you find a resource like Dana Lee you have to let other people know about her.
Dana was wonderful. She took the time to explain everything she did and why. She was pleasant to deal with and was very accommodating to our scheduling needs. I will definitely use her services again next year.
