The female owner need to watch her mouth when she talk with customers. Everytime I come there I wished I don't have to see her, her behaviour with customers is terrible even though I come there twice a week, I only come there because that is the closest pet store near me, I'll soon find an other store. Buying supplies there and the way they service going to make you feel you're doing them a favor, not like being their customers who spending money in their store.
My husband and I went to a local exoctic pet show and met the owner there. Her husband and her seemed like nice people and we are always looking for a new pet shop to visit. We love to just walk around and visit the animals. We visited Simply Pets on Saturday June 14th around 1pm. The customer service was horrible. No one spoke to you welhen you entered tlthe store. Talked with Jeff the owner about getting a new filter system for my 75 gallon tank. He helped me pick out the Emperor 400 at a great price. Unfortunately I didn't have enough clearance behind my tank to hang the filter so I had to return it. We took a look at the Cobal Aquatics canister filter and I'm glad Jeff suggested it. It cost more, but wow its really quiet which is really important for where we have the tank.
